John O'Farrell and Sons in Midleton was established in 1952 by John O'Farrell and he opened his Auctioneers office just off Main Street, Midleton. John conducted his business at the local street corner long before the invention of computers and social media. He chatted to the public on a daily basis, building up a great rapport with the locals and generating business.
Today, the business is run by his son, Martin O'Farrell, who has established an excellent reputation and relationship with the people of Midleton and East Cork. Martin is renowned for his knowledge of the property market and his background in farming has also stood him in great stead in his dealings with the Agricultural sector.
